Quality Suites Historic Downtown

It's been a while since I last stayed here and is forgotten how nice they are. Friendly and helpful staff at check-in (..loved the smiles!). And the rooms! I'd forgotten they're all suites! How best is that!! Clean, with plenty of room, free internet, quiet, affordable-- what more could I ask for? Oh, and breakfast tomorrow morning!! We'll be back!

My son & I have stayed many weeks at the Anchorage Quality Suites while he was treated for advanced stage cancer. The staff is very caring and helpful. They call us by our names. We choose the Quality Suites first when available because of the location to downtown, the suite (so my son & I have a separate room & TV) and the staff who genuinely want to help us. We stayed at the Quality Suites the night of the 7.9 earthquake earlier this year, and they were wonderful, even tho they were pretty shook up themselves. We only lost internet. The building was perfectly safe

Excellent location, next to the museum and 5th Ave mall. The rooms are decently sized for the price and were clean. A nice touch were the two flat screen televisions, one in a separate room with a couch and desk. Eggs, sausage and potatoes were available for breakfast along with the usual waffles, cereal and pastries. The staff were the best I've experienced in any Anchorage hotel. They were quick to joke and laugh and appeared to enjoy their work. We will be staying here next time we need to go to Anchorage.

Loved this hotel. Perfect for our needs. My husband likes to watch TV late and I can't sleep with it on. So he could watch it in the living room, while I was able to sleep in the bedroom. Location was very good, close to everything. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, lots of choices, well served. Service was excellent, especially SUI at the front desk, who was very pleasant and helpful. If we go back to Anchorage, we will definitely stay there and will recommend it to our friends.

Wonderful place with a great location downtown. . Staff outstanding! Everyone is very nice and helpful. Beds comfy. Rooms spacious. Will stay here again when we visit Anchorage! I cannot emphasize the excellent level of service from youramazing staff.

First, I’m a hotel snob. Prefer full service high end properties. I am Marriott Platinum. I come to Anchorage several times a year for business. I prefer to stay downtown for my business plus restaurants are in walking distance. I’ve tried …
